Hey, I played a map where they modified the offense and defense rates and I thought it was really fun, high def low offense... Was wondering what level do I unlock them on?
And if I'm not wrong I can edit how much turns you get from some terrorities, if it's possible, how to?

I'm assuming you mean armies recieved as income from territories. You do that in the Army tab when setting up a game.
