Pretty agreeable list, though putting Britain as third most powerful in 1950-2000 is a bit much; I'd say Japan instead of Britain. Although no atomic bombs, it was the second biggest economy before China overtook it, I think, and made loads of technology and other goodies.

Yeah, I wasn't sure about Japan, because it could fit at the end of the 1900-1950 period, and also between 1970/1980 until nowadays. However, I still think that United Kingdom was a Superpower, although weaker than USA and USSR, but his empire was still very big.

The empire ended almost completely by 1960; and suffered very big losses in 1931 and 1947.

Yeah, 1931 was the Westminister Treaty, in which South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada all gained independence; 1947 was British Raj independence, and 1960 is when the UN ordered all colonies to be granted independence.

How does America run on Texas.
Well supposedly if Texas were it's own country they'd have the 14th largest GDP. However, it's also worth noting that California would be 10th.

So much wrong...I can see why you think the way you do...
West Germany, France and Britain, believe it or not, were not one country, but three.

Juq great revelation!!!! UK, Germany and France are 3 different countries!!! Nah seriously, I wrote those 3 because they had almost the same GPD and were depending on the years after 1950 behind or above the ranking list.
Also I am kinda surprised to not see China in the top of the list before the 1700s, as many scholars and economists proved that China was continuously the first world power since old times.
I decided to put Italy (despite the fact that it was not an unified nation) above Spain/Portugal in the 1500s (Spain and Portugal unified themselves for a short period but later in the 1600s), Italy was clearly the most developped western european nation during the renaissance.
After 2100 do not take it seriously just pure fantasy :)
