Malta DŒS NOT have an Italic tongue as any official tongue - you're wrong, Panda's is invalid, time to start this game again, start guessing for Elroi's country (also, has to be a country with land). Otherwise, it will get too hard.
Of course it is, Italian was the official language of Malta until the 30s, and nowadays 66% of the Maltese can speak Italian, 10% using it as a daily basis. Need more infos?
Lionheart is retiring, and no Georgia isn't Europe, neither are Azerbaijan, Anatolia or Kazakhstan. So stop arguing with that you are again wrong. About Malta, Italian is still widely spoken, and despite English replaced Italian not so long ago as the official language, Italian is still the cultural/historical language, Maltese being heavily influenced by Italian through Sicilian.
I was answerng to Ox not you as your question wasn't posted while I was typing. Btw your question was anyway inaccurate as italic is incorrect if you were talking about the romance family language: You can use "romance" (not romantic) or "Latin languages" (not italic).
And again Georgia isn't in Europe or shall we consider Turkey (Anatolia counted) as geographically part of Europe.
