Does it border the Dniester River?
If it's not this, it's back to the map for me...have no clue what this could be...
Also, it better not be something that isn't actually a country, like Wales or something.

First off, Wales is a country (a constituent country), but not a sovereign state.
Second off, it is one of the 193 members of the UN (not an observer, and not PART of one of these countries). (This being, my country, not Wales).
Third off, Wales is in the Western Hemisphere >:(

No they don't, as the treaty states, Antarctic claims are all null and void.
