well we roleplay about WWII. But first we have to pick our Countries and for the Neutral Countries, you can pick sides once all countries have been picked

Actually, Yugoslavia started off as a formal Axis power, and it was only after a military strike in Yugoslavia that Germany declared war on Yugoslavia.

Yeah, Yugoslavia started as neutral 1939-somewhere in 1941, then formally became Axis in 1941, and was attacked by Germany a month later.
