1. Norway's GDP per capita is 100k USD? Says who? No estimates are anywhere near that.

2. You're forgetting one giant point of a GDP hit. Not all countries have the same cost of living. Take Norway vs. the US. Norway's GDP per capita is greater than the US GDP per capita, but in the US, products are much cheaper, and you get more for your money. Someone living off of $55k a year in the US is able to afford more than someone living off $60k a year in Norway. Norway's overall GDP per capita might still be considered high compared to other countries, but after factoring in Norway's cost of living and a 20% hit, it would actually be much worse off than many counties with a lower GDP per capita.

Norway is ranked highest in HDI, second happiest country, has 7th lowest infant mortality rate, 15th highest life expectancy (at average 81.9 years) and a 37.5 hour workweek.

1. Give region of Macedonia, which nowadays belongs to Greece, to country of Macedonia. Then it wouldn't be any problem with its name.

And why people hate Greece?

'Hate' is a strange statement. However especially here in South Germany we have a mentality that people like keeping their money together and people here are not very happy about pumping money into a bankrupt country. Although Germany is very rich (compared to Greece at least) we also have our own problems. And when people read in newspapers like the 'Bild' that there is no money for some social projects while we send money to Greece the average German taxpayer gets quite upset. I believe that parties like especially the CDU are monitoring the success of the German anti Euro party (Afd) very closely and if they become a to serious threat (at the cost of the CDU) then our goverment can abruptly change their mind that it's not wort to pump more money into Greece
