Feel free to make an alternate Scenario. Where each side gets different picking spots. I was trying to keep the fight fair. In this situation, YOU are the UN. The other guy is ISIS. Both players are the UN in their own mind. :)

We were just working on balancing the Scenario, the game played above it slightly different then the starting Scenario posted. The current one posted is more balanced.

He told me that we each got 2 starting territories and I didn't double-check, so we only picked 4. In the final version, we actually get 2.

And I like the idea of the template, but could you make it a team game? And in the description it tells you which slot is the UN and which slot is ISIS. Because who want's to be a bunch of terrorists without knowing your a bunch of terrorists!
