I have said a few times now that PCs picture is against the rules for a couple of reasons.
1. As a thumbnail it can easily be confused with a certain body part
2. Because anyone who has spent time on the internet knows it's used as another term for.. wait for it.. Vagina.


If what I am saying is wrong then I should be allowed to go around with a suggestive picture that looks like genitals from the thumbnail and call myself "VaginaCrew" as it would be the same thing as "Pooncrew".

This defense has already been debunked so many times. It's not a matter of our sensibilities or moral authority.IT'S IN THE RULES. Actually read the terms of service and you'll find that the people criticizing the Poon Squad have a valid point. Heck, I'm not even an active member of this debate anymore but I hate it when I see people saying, "Hurr durr you can't tell them what to do". If it's in the rules, then yes they can. Don't like it? Tell Fizzer to change the rules, until he does this fiasco will only continue.

I think the point is though, that he feels no need to defend himself against some of the crazy excuses you guys come up with to attack him. I personaly thought those 2 words were just enough to point out the ridiculousness of some of the statements used.

Having been in 2 clans on here and found them boring in the extreme, offering nothing like what Poon laid out to begin this thread. I would actually be tempted to join this clan. I DO have a problem with their rule about being booted for not contributing to the forum, and think being a semi competant and active player should be sufficient to "provide anything to the clan". But apart from that, I'm impressed.

It's sad that the origional post wasn't taken at face value and perhaps other clans laying out why they may be better etc. Instead, it seems that the point of the post just gets pushed aside for the sake of petty and inflamatory attacks......

They're breaking the ToS and the ToS is law here. They want to be vulgar and sexual, their game titles and the way they act show this. That is breaking the rules.

It really is as simple as that.
