There has been a rising number of clans recently and people also have started recruiting people unwantingly and they are also in clans,The Clan system is messed up... Any Suggestions?

Unwanted invites? I mean, I've probably got more than I could count (and I think literally everyone who can join a Clan has been invited to Darklords)... but they do absolutely nothing to bother you.

Yeah, the Clan system is broken, but it's not in terms of how Clans behave to people outside clans.

Clanism has always existed. Don't tell me you look at a member of GG you've never seen before and think the same thing you think when you look at a member of DARKLORDS you've never seen before.

Clanism is simply a part of reality. GG and Apex, and others, should be thought of differently than Darklords.

Darklords isn't a clan. Darklords is loosely connected people

I don't think his comment can be regarded as recruitment...

But the system is definitely broken. And it isn't like there is much loyalty to clans either. Most people are just in clans, and I feel, few actually set out to make a good and successful clan that focuses on growing players and developing strong ties and friendships.
From an observer point of view, clans can look like they are about growing players, but as to whether or not they actually do that and seek to do that is completely different. There are some that probably do, I know of a clan that I have been playing with that actively seek to make themselves better, but they are a diamond, surrounded by dirt.

As for "clanism"- clans are a brand. "Clanism" is just as much of a problem as people judging others about where they work (Uber vs. Google vs. Oracle, for example). Some clans are bad and cultivate bad brands- that's not something to be worried about. It's how the system's supposed to work.

Edit: A lot of smaller clans grow players really well since they don't tend to develop a small "in-group" that gets to be involved in everything.
