@Forbidden: I don't think the Loli Dojo has more than 1 member at the moment (just shinigami/Loli) so it's not even at the stage where its existence is approved by a vote of the Gunjikomon Council and gets a final stamp of approval from the Shogun.
Basically, the dojo system works this way: 6 people (including one person agreeing to run the dojo as Daimyo) propose a dojo based on some common purpose and get approved by the Gunjikomon and Shogun. So far, since the system is really new, we haven't had any proposed dojos with the required 6 people yet. >_>
