CL7 planning will start once the WL v. AHoL 3v3 in CL6 finishes. After that, I presume it'll be a week or two for template decisions and maybe another week for rosters.

So probably late August or early September.

how well is the master list of who is in/out updated?

As far as I know the list at the beginning of this thread is up to date. If not, please let me know.

around halfway page 5 I see that the dutch clan [NL] also wants to participate in #7 and couldn't find it on the master list.

OK, all updates have been made to clans/leaders

I have sent out a request to the non-confirmed clans/leaders to square that away.

I also sent out voting requests to Division A clans (sent to both AHol/WL as that last spot is not settled yet, I will only count the clan that stays in A). Hopefully they can get their votes back to me in a timely manner.

I will update you when the votes are in and the templates are decided. At that time I will give you a deadline for lineups.

The duties are basically checking the tournaments from time to time and updating wins/losses in the sheet. Then maybe once a week do an update on the forum thread with the major happenings.

I will be handling Illuminati's management of this, with help from Stormers and maybe one or two others as needed. I might be retiring, but I'll still be a ghost doing work for the clan.

Unless there is another clan abbreviated to TLW that I have not heard of, I'm pretty sure TLW stands for The Lost Wolves.

What does an update person need to do?

Enter wins and losses when they happen in that division and maybe post a short summary on the board once and a while
