Except this if you consider yourself Dacians, it does not really accurate because Dacians mainly settle in southern Romania and Trnslibnih, they are not really controlled all Moldova or dominated it for a short time and significantly, on the shores of Moldova were Greeks, most of teh time Moldova was a tribal area mainly by Turkish tribes, so what else can you tell on your nation?

Remind me the history of Moldova,,, until 1300-1200 ~ was just a few tribes in Turkish, then established Moldova, it was a vassal of Hungarians Poles and Turks, then the Russians, and at the end "Romania", and then returned to the Russians, and received the independence, ,,, what a independent multi-depth history and suspense ..... your history, you were beaten children of Eastern Europe.

I think we should care more about our family and not nations which are artificial beings. I am from Poland, but if Germany conquered us, at least these lands would be richer and I could speak the same language in both present poland and germany. Seems legit :p

Guys, i will tell you the problem in short.After the dissolution of Ussr, most of the moldovian population continued to speak russian.Even if there is a lot of romanian/moldavian speakers as well, some part of the Moldovian population is stil russified.The best exemple is self-proclaimed Republic of Transnistria, which, after the anexation of Crimea, want to be again part of Russia.Also in Moldava still exist a communist party. These ,,elements''made Ion to hate the russians in general , who ,,destroyed'' his country. He is a guy that want to change this problem of his country . Also he as a common dream with all romanians and moldavians: to unite the Republic of Moldova with Romania , to remake the Great Romania from 1918 . Maybe he has a bad conception that a fascist rule should eliminate the russified population of Moldova, but he got inspired from Marshal Ion Antonescu, who made Romania proud in the period of WW2. And as a final think : everybody have his own conception about the world and what can be done about that.Since we live in a democratic world, everybody have his own opinion. About me, i still belive in the union about Romania and Moldova, but my dream is that we should transform in a Monarchy, like Britain, Sweden or even Belgium, who have a better live than us( one of the reasons why so many romanian go into UK)


And my opinion about russia. There are only 2 thinks i like : folk stories and balalaika(my father learned me to sing at it ).
