Hey, so I'm thinking about having routine "rant" threads. I've already done a couple, if anyone can recall. They were about Ferguson and the US presidential campaign.

So I want to have "rant" threads where I blow off steam that's been condensing due to my hate of humanity and all the stupidity that comes with it, and I need some ideas from you guys, the ones that will be reading and also partaking in them, I would hope. If nobody does, then there would be no point. I kind of like sitting back and warming my hands next to a good flamewar. :D

I will do almost anything, so long as it doesn't turn into me literally giving you my political thesis. I am American and do not know much about the rest of the world, since I've never been there, but I'll give it a shot if it doesn't involve America. On that note, though, I may not be emotional enough about it if it doesn't involve my interest, which is mostly the US.

So give me your ideas, and I'll give you a rant.

Here's an example of what I will most likely be like in my rants. When blowing off steam, I am not very professional.

I like the idea. It's a good way to vent and spark debate.

BUT it'll only work if it continues as a debate/discussion rather than arguments.

Edit: Clicked on the link after... Foamy! Been a fan of Jonathan Ian Mathers for years, been watching him draw his stuff on you tube recently.

This is a redundant statement.

- Some of the best debates on Warlight I've had are about Scotland and Israel, and the thing they had in common, is that those debates had one person FROM those countries. To get someone emotional about something, I recommend it's about their home country. -

I'd be happy to participate in these if I care.

I know they cause arguments. Every off-topic thread seems to do so. The trend is somebody states their opinion, then Eklipse says something, then Thomas says something, then Xpapy tries proving everyone under the sun wrong. Opinions and stances are meant to be heard, and that's what I want to have happen.

BUT it'll only work if it continues as a debate/discussion rather than arguments.

Only my initial post will be "unprofessional." The initial post will serve to let all my frustration out before taking part in the actual discussion.

Alright. All I need are some topics and we can get this started. I already have a few in mind:

1) Modern feminism (This will ALWAYS get people to take part).

2) EA and the new Battlefront.

3) International stereotypes (US is fat, Scots shag sheep, etc.)

4) Parenting.

EDIT: I refuse to touch 9/11. It's even worse than talking about feminism, and it creates a flamewar strong enough to melt steel beams, even though all they'd have to do is weaken the structure of them in order for a building to collapse.

EA has very abusive business practices. The sad thing is that creative assembly is following suit. WHY EA?! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO RUIN MASS EFFECT? !

Reviews for EA

I gave it one star. Additional Stars can be purchased for $5.00 each.
