1.)If anything it'd probably be intelligent life in other parts of the universe - Space is largely unexplored by man. We have a very very basic understanding of what is really out there. I wouldn't dismiss the possibility.

Pulsey, myth busters said the moon landing happened. I hope you meant it was probable, as in it could have been real as in the moon landings could have been faked (though they weren't).

I agree with everything else though.

As a start, I'll admit that I'm not scientifically knowledgable in this. My physics and maths knowledge is negligible, most of my arguments are internet researched and come from a 'logical' or 'common sense' approach that I agree with.

Psychology - Many experiments then involved sending animals such as apes into space, many of which died during the journey. Its improbable to me that within this period, the US could suddenly send multiple Astronauts towards the moon, and back, and with complete success. It also begs the question why, more than 50 years later, the 1969 mission remains the only manned mission to the moon. No more space missions from the US despite more efficient fuels, materials and delivery systems?

Moon Landing tapes erased. It was found around 30 years later that the original moon landing tapes were 'lost'. It is believed that they have been erased and the tapes recycled due to cost saving measures.One of the greatest human achievements in history, later found that original footage was erased, and all that remains is fuzzy black and white pictures. Coincidence? Maybe.

There is also the argument of the lack of technology.As said I'm not well versed and researched in this but I find it difficult to believe that in a time when when computers then were the size of cars, with less processing power than today's smartphones and calculators that nations like China today are still years from this technology, technology that the US supposedly mastered more than 50 years ago. On the matter of technology, whilst the gravity of the Moon is 1/6th of that of Earth, it sounds unlikely (to me), we had the capability then to land on the surface, then generate the appropriate energy to reach escape velocity, not to mention all the changes in the pressure, radiation, temperature throughout the journey.

Possible, but improbable to me.
