Is there a certain level you must be to make coin games? I tried making it with the coin templates already - just made a coinless game.

You have to click "create coin game" in the coin game section.

i create coin games and invite the donator in. All he need to do is to surender and i gain the coins .
About level, i think you can have any. My first donator created a coin game and he is just lvl 18.
And i think i must thank to Fizzer to , for the prize at the end of the season.
