So since warlight is a browser game and I find it annoying to keep having to open chrome to play it I was wondering would it be at all possible to get a version of the game on steam some time in the future, after all other browser games have versions on steam.

Although the idea is an interesting one, I doubt warlight will make its way to steam unless the despicable Gaben is able to receive a cut of the money made from the coins. On that note, its seriously not that difficult to favorite warlight on your chrome browser.

oh i know i just prefer everything i play to be displayed on steam to help the recommendations to find a new game that will be of interest to me.

Putting WarLight on steam = Gabe stealing money from Fizzer + a huge influx of the rather toxic steam population.

not stealing but a requisition of money to help fund the holy war of sales.

I seriously doubt Fizzer would even consider the proposition of giving money earned from warlight, to Gaben just to have steam be an outlet. Sure the warlight community would increase but how many of those would really effect the gross value of warlight? What people look for in steam is good games for cheap (I know quite a few people who dont buy any steam games until they have a sale).

On a different point, how much is the gross value of warlight now? No doubt alot of money is spent to keep the servers up and running. Also Fizzer has said before he barely makes enough to pay his own rent. So its not like Fizzer is made of money. On that note, would it even be worth the cost to put warlight on steam? By the points made id think not.
