Not one person in Washington has a backbone. Sure, they can walk and golf but they can't stand for anything. Let's admit it, Obama has no idea if Iraq is good. The Bushes didn't either. And we cannot have bad presidents over and over and over again. It takes its toll, just look at Kieven Rus! A bunch of pushovers ruined the country.

Change needs to come soon. And when I say change I mean change. Not that Hillary or Trump bullshit, I want a guy who can obey the checks and balances but push them to the limit. We need American prestige and morale as high as it was in the 40s! We need a patron saint, a spearhead, a friend in the Oval Office.

America is becoming the world's big brother. We mean good but there is so much happening everywhere that we get overwhelmed and end up just dumping money everywhere (see also: Africa). Sometimes that money lands in spots we either didn't intend for it to or just good places that turn power hungry (see also: Al Qaeda). The result is a mix of crime and confusion as the world enters the online phase and data flies everywhere. My friends, in this Manifesto I will discuss what America can do to stay on top.

First let's discuss some things that need to be corrected immediately.

• The Department of Defense - It's more then just a silly name. We are lying to ourselves and we need to cut it out and be blunt and honest. It's the department of war. Not defense.
• Give Congress the power to declare war - We haven't completely and unquestionably won a major war since World War 2. World War 2 was also the last war declared by Congress (see also: in FDR's Pearl Harbor speech he asks congress for a declaration of war). Coincidence? I think not. We must not let one man do the diplomacy for us. Especially with these do-nothing warmongers like Bush.
• Spank the Media hard. Media bias and minority victimizing has gone up drastically in the past decade or so. We need to allow Freedom of the Press but ban freedom to stir of national unrest. Look at Baltimore. The city was ransacked by thugs and scum over the death of one drug dealer via the power of the Media. It is a sad day when Bruce Jenner is international news and Michael Brown looting a store gets more Media coverage then five-thousand dead in Nepal.

Foreign Policy

Russia

Russia has and will always be a militaristic empire stretching the Northern lands of Europe and Asia. It never experienced the Renaissance and has had a gory history of occupation, subjugation and overall genocide. All of its enemies in history have fallen. Poland-Lithuania, Germany, The Ottoman Empire, The Mongol Horde. None have ever achieved total victory over Russia. We will never be able to remove the threat from Moscow, but we can however isolate, confront and possibly eventually cool down or in this case, heat up relations. Do you not understand me? Because we need to stand by Ukraine and put our foot down with Russia. Sanction the living shit out of them and burn their economy until the Ruble is just another sheet of paper. So far we are doing a good job.

Arab World

Now, let's move on to that shithole they call 'The Middle East'. On one side Afganistan is in Anarchy with Pakistan not far behind, Iran is testing Kerry's patience and challenging us all over Arabia. Iraq is a giant hole we pour money into to try to get the oil to rise up. Turkey is a stubborn Arabian dictatorship that wishes to become European. Turkey frustrates me very, very much. They have killed millions of Armenians, denied it and now they are watching and smiling as thousands of Kurds die to the hands of ISIS. I Everything south of Iraq and Syria is very suspicious but they are the closest to what we can call 'Allies' in the middle east.

You think Bush is the reason for ISIS? Not even close. Saddam Hussein was evil and the real reason for ISIS is eight centuries old. Islam has been divided over A FUCKING HEIR TO THE THRONE THAT HAS BEEN DEAD FOR 750 YEARS! They kill each other every day over it. I say we completely abandon Iraq. Speaking of Iraq they can't fight for shit. We need to backup the Kurds and slap around Turkey. Sure, we get air flight over Turkey but can't we just use bases in the Saudi Kingdom?

Let Iran have nukes. Just don't let them go further then Istanbul. Israel has nukes of its own so why should we care? Negotiating is pathetic. Let them get nukes and then blockade them. Besides North Korea already has nukes and Obama isn't going Bonkers over them. Kerry should know Iran is a very bad idea. He served in Vietnam. Speaking of Korea...

East Asia

RECOGNIZE TAIWAN'S INDEPENDENCE! If we continue down this path China will surpass the United States in power by 2030. A good spot to start improving is protect Taiwan and Japan. China is almost the same as Russia except there is one major difference: China can eventually be eliminated. How you ask? Stop them from fucking us over economically. Wanna know why we have some unemployment? Because CHINA TAKES ALL THE JOBS. I couldn't care less about India by the way.

read the constitution before going on political rants. war was never declared in korea or vietnam. the president does not have the ability to declare war, but gets around the rules by calling it not quite war. im pretty sure bush 1 and 2 asked congress to declare war in iraq 1 and 2 and Afghanistan.
