I think Fallen Angel meant not simply political topics, but the ones nonesense raging, overly emotional like it would be new form of 9/11. Comedians have created countless mocking joke like images-sketches over Gulag, deportation, Ashes of Dachau etc. And so what? It only shows how easily peoples can be manipluted just by pictures. Does it devalue the historical meaning or hamper it? Only if you take it seriously.

And after all what is the fuss about a single image? One should open eyes and see terror in Middle-East, poverty etc rather being overly emotional about a painting. It just just stupid!

Murdering 93 other people is not 'honorable'. Not even justifiable. The wars we fight in are started by the rich and it's the rest of us commoners who die. The truth is, it was a scheme hatched by our rich, vs their rich, and the people who get caught in the crossfire are the ones who don't have as much money.

I hate saying it a little, since the picture offends me as well, but the truth is yes: Freedom of speech applies to that as well.

However, freedom of speech isn't freedom from backlash. With all the clamor over the Confederate Flag being offensive there's no reason to spite somebody for protesting the picture OP posted.

I might like to add that 'freedom of speech' does not apply to privately owned businesses. In this case, Warlight's forum is privately owned by Fizzer.

It's very disrespectful of them to parody the photo. Especially because those men immediately died. They had to recreate the scene for the photograph we usually see.
