Needs a great deal of work. There are a lot of broken connections - just a few are Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan, Ethiopia-Sudan, Mozambique-South Africa, Solomon Islands-Kiribati, Federated States of Micronesia-Kiribati, Tajikistan-Pakistan and India-Tajikistan.
While it is novel to play a game with such enormous bonuses (e.g., 15 armies per 1 territory in Russia), the size of the bonuses makes success on this map entirely dependent on starting position, all the more so because the bonuses themselves are imbalanced. (Compare Russia's 15 armies for 1 territory to Polynesia - 13 armies for 8 territories)
As it stands, this map is at best a novelty play. If that's what you were going for, feel free to ignore these comments. But I cannot recommend it for standard gameplay.

Lots of missing connections, one of the worst bonus balancing I've seen.
This map needs serious corrections.

Pretty impressive map and useful for some diplos. However, it would be nice to replace the places where the islands are with actual islands instead of ridiculous-looking boxes.

I tried this map, even after reading the privious comments...
seems to me that the broken connections were corrected, but the design of the map lacks precision.
Other thing that I dislike is the decision to put the Americas on the right side... perhaps it was to keep Oceania intact?
All in all not a bad map, but not even a good one.
