Nice map! Glad to see another map of England out there. Only problems I could see was a slight East West unfairness with the 2 8 bonuses, also the territory name Docking for one of the territories in North Norfolk. Personally I think it should have been called Fakenham or Wells-next-the-Sea.

With Norfolk I had a few things I could of called the territories after looking at a few maps, Docking, Wells-next-the-sea and Fakenham look similar in size, but Docking is closer to the center of the territory, so I went with that. The position of the center of the bonus is also why I chose the territory names that I did in Oxfordshire.
Also, North Yorkshire does go very close to the west coast (it boarders a territory on the west coast).

Great map! You might consider creating superbonus areas, but that's all I would suggest here.

The problem with super bonuses is that you need to get the value of them exactly right or the map becomes very unbalanced very easily.
