Very interesting. I like your experimentation with the siege tower bonuses. I'm not sure it works out as you may intend, however. Perversely, it's best for the forces of evil not to occupy the siege towers and allow the extremely high negative bonus to cripple the good guys. Might I suggest making the bonuses 5 for the bad guys and 0 for the good guys, rather than the current 0/-5?
Otherwise, a very unique map. I look forward to the scenarios.

I changed the 0/-5 into a 1/-3 ( 5 for evil is overpowered)
I hope siege towers are more usefull now ;)

This map was utterly amazing. You have a lot of options and a lot of strategy is involved. It seems like a small map, but it's actually quite big. Also, one move can really screw you over in the end.

This is a great map, coming from a LOTR fan. Good bonuses and divisions using the rivers and mountains. Great for a team game.

further improvement could be done by adding bonuses for extended areas outside The City and Mordor, specially since the players starting outside the city will be at disadvantage if they don't catch up, it could be based in moments of the battle. A bonus for Umbar and the ship and a penalty for just the ship would be a nice addition aswell, in sinergy with your siege tower mechanic.
