This was surprisingly fun. I say surprising because I generally find that small city maps make for poor play. Here, however, the imbalance in the bonuses toward the city center works well as those territories are much more difficult to defend. All in all - good job.

Too much unbalanced. 6 supply or two territorie while there a five territories that give only 2 supply. You don't start at the right place, you are screwed.
