This is a fine map - one of the very few to depict northern Africa with more than minimal detail. Adding some background graphics might spice it up a bit, as would some distributions.

You start out blocked into a corner by 2 huge armies. You have enough
troops to get past them in a couple turns, but by the time you do you are
blocked in by your own ally. Either your ally should not start the game
so over powered, or the starting position should be changed. Watching
AIs fight it out is not very fun.
