This map is only good if there is a custom scenario or if you are very lucky. The top province is the only one that can let you win. I do NOT recommend this map.

A map which can only possibly be used for lottery games... Seriously? How about *actually* playing the game, instead of mindlessly farming points?
Also, this map actually contains an error: there is an invisible connection from the bottom-left to the bottom-right territory (which isn't even marked as a wraparound connection, so it looks ugly when used).

The lottery part should give an advantage, but not have it so whoever gets the lottery automatically wins. Instead of 1000 extra troops it should be something more like10 or 15 extra troops, so there is a huge advantage, but the other players still have a chance.

This map is not fun at all. A side where one player had an advantage could be fun, but only if there was some way that the other players could have a chance by rallying together. AS it is, this map is pretty bad.
