Good map here - just a couple of complaints.
1 - Some territories connect diagonally, some do not. It should be one way or the other, or else make the map very clear as to which territories are adjacent.
2 - Some territories have tiny little bits that make it difficult to tell the territory to which those bits belong - particularly the islands downtown.
3 - I like balance. If you have some territories in a superbonus, generally all territories should be. Old Town is really a bonus - not a superbonus. Perhaps include it in the Downtown superbonus and move the bonus marker onto the map itself and away from the coat of arms.
These are fairly minor concerns. Address them and you have a really solid map.
