Thanks! The Imperial City actually has a pretty high bonus because I usually put a high number of armies for neutral regions when playing with this map, so it's pretty hard to take the Imperial City while also fighting two other people at the same time. (I also use an army cap)

I think the idea is good I want to see it in a bigger map, and it felt like the center tower really off set the balance so unless having king of the hill a smaller bonus could even things out
