Actually quite like this map, what it lacks in size is certainly made up for in quality. My only criticism is that it's a bit long and thin, but other than that, good job.

Why do you need to put the 2 bonuses on each island? (Example, Barbados and Parishes of Barbados are exactly the same.)
Antigua and Grenada are a bit different though.

well i was never really sure, I might set the country bonuses (not 'parishes of [country]') to value 1 or 0 in an update
