By points do you mean bonus values? Cause I made them all follow the same rule (half no. territories then round up if decimal). If you mean its favorable to go south, seeing as its wider, I understand, although it's hard to prevent this without loosing the true borders of territories. One thing I could do is split some of the northern territories into 2 (e.g. north and south versions of same territory). But thanks for the review anyway.
