It's an okay map, I gave it three stars. The bonus ratios seem to vary randomly for no apparent reason, for example Enna is 6 armies for 6 territories, whereas caltanissetta is 6 armies for 7 territories, and mecina is six armies for 8 territories. And for some weird reason, Capulugo Palermo is worth 2 armies for one territory, where the second highest single-territory bonus is 1 army for one territory.
There were also a few missing connections, I didn't really keep track of them though.

I valued the importance of each city, rather than the number of cities conquered. Palermo is worth 2 instead of 1 because the capitals of each city are those that are worth 1, but Palermo is the capital of Sicily, so it is worth 2. As for the missing connections, i'm sorry, my fault

Great map and an interesting concept, although a few of the connections seemed odd (e.g. Ragusa and Avola are connected but Modica and Avola aren't?)
