Nice map, but I suggest several improvements:
Fernando de Noronha is called Piauí (double entry)
Bonus given to South and Southeast are too generous in comparison to Northeast and Central-West.
Starting in the South is almost guaranteed victory, starting in Northeast makes it really tough
