Brno has an issue with not being able to attack the inner region from the outer one, also Pilsen-North can't attack Louny. otherwise it was a fun map to play

Quite a small map but lots of connections (two counties didn't map to each other despite an obvious boundary (I forgot to make a note!)). Quite tricky at the start but I prevailed.
