AHHHHHHHHH <3

Another great relic that I'll be abusing and spamming games on. Great to see good 'ol Ollie is back on track with the epic large maps with cities! Nothing like this has been seen in WarLight since 30YW was released! Truly, a work of gold. A legit 5/5 for EVERYTHING: good map art, detailed, historicity, great for some nice distributions and so FUN to play with! One of the few test games I legit wanted to be gunning for a long, fun match! Hell, I could play that one to the end if it wasn't needed to delete it :P

But I'll be hosting a game on it in little to no time, so that's no biggy. And it has my name on the corner <3 (the map is so good it feels like someone tattooing me name on one of the buttcheeks <3)

Thank you again for the amazing maps. :D

Amazing map, original concept adding a new dimension to large-scale earth-based maps. The bonus system favours cities, and means battle escalates quickly. It also leads to relatively quick game play (first run-through against 3 AIs in 22 moves) for such a large map. The roads also make for fast troops movement. Some of the partitions are a bit fiddly, but the layout is very smooth otherwise. Beautiful design. Multan and Chaman should not be connected.

Having helped you make this map I am really happy about how it has turned out.
I have come to realise however that the arabic area (around Bagdad) is quite overpowered to start in.

I can't believe I forgot to rate and review this map. It is epic. It is genius. It is a must-play for those with the patience and enthusiasm for huge maps! I especially love the emphasis on strategic cities but appreciate the fact that controlling land blocs is of significant value, as well.

Masterpiece. The graphics are wonderful, truly the trademark of Ollie Bye. The theme and size of the map fill the gap in diplo world maps set in middle ages - don't have to explain how anticlimatic is playing that on stuff like World Nations 2014. Very well thought out historical bonuses for countries, religions... and barbarians. This is a diplo map well done.

Nicely designed map, with a good setting for medieval ages or the Mongol invasion.
