This map is unbalanced. Bahia gives 6 armies for 7 territories, where Minas Gerais gives same amount of armies and it has almost double number of territories. another flaw is having too small territories (like Virginia in US Big map). Territories such as 'Lowland Fluminense' (Rio de Janeiro) is too small to fit two army digits.
It has many wrong connections, PLEASE REPAIR THEM!

Interesting map, many missed connections between territories that are connected visually, and some extra connections between territories that aren't visually connected.
