First of all, it looks good, definitely for a first map. I think the bonuses of Samoa and American Samoa aren't necessary, but over all it's a nice small map of a not very famous country in the world. Good job!
(I gave 4/5 because I think 3/5 is just slightly too low)

What helps a very small map like this is art. Add some color, a flag background, something. It will make it more memorable. I would also change the Large Bonus Link Icons, they look sloppy when they're giant squares. make them stars, circles or diamonds, but have them the same size as the normal Bonuses.
It was a fun quick map, and I enjoyed it.
