ORIGINAL!!! Map is the usual Earth, but the concept of negative territory bonuses is most interesting. The AIs are useless, of course (I suppose their algorithm is not meant for something like this). But I'd like to play this w/ human opponents to see how it goes. One needs to adapt to very different strategizing.
