Overlapping borders, bonus boxes too small for numbers, and the canvas is too big for the map. Those are functionality issues; a map with any of these issues is automatically low quality. What keeps this map from being half-decent on top of that, is its over-simplicity, lack of artistic detail, and there's really nothing special about this map. There are hundreds like it, doesn't deserve to be on the first page.
How this map got 11 good ratings on the first day and so many positive comments is a great mystery. There are far superior maps with less comments and less ratings. Because of my suspicion I have rated this map 1 star. Normally I would not have rated a map like this.

The author has the grasp of territory and bonus distribution. There are technical issues, but that's less important. He has potential and I look forward to his future maps.

Offers a good range of start-ups and bonus'. After a while certain hot spots will become better known, and as this map gets used more often, it will make an intriguing fight.
Some aspects need to be tweaked like borders. I also feel the Archipelago deserves a higher bonus, considering how spread out it's territories are.

A very fast, very quick playing smaller-sized map.
I played with 6 players and it ran just fine; no issues.
Territories are well defined and there are no surprises or dead spots.
Overall a very good little map.
116 armies total.
