Removed Tamil to Bangladesh connection

Burma to Myanmar

North Africa bonus increased to 4
East Africa bonus colour change

1.2 Update:
Added Maldives
Northern Madagascar linked to Maldives
India bonus increased to 4
Easterrn United States colour change
Afghanistan bonus changed to Central Asia

Off of first glance it may look a little "squished," but this map is surprisingly beautiful! I strongly suggest to fix the page size - there is a lot of unused blank space. Great job, and well done for your first map!
