The map seems technically sound, but unfortunately the bonuses make it very unbalanced. One has only to start in the north to easily get 20 armies with only 4 territories, while everyone else fights over much larger bonuses which they will never obtain, because by then the northern player will have most likely steamrolled them.

The geography was very nice for a small map, but the bonuses were wildly out of proportion. I capture the Northern region on turn 2, giving me 20 points, and never looked back. Too easy to get too far ahead.
