I'll give it 2 stars, if it was a bigger map I'd go 3 stars. It's a good tutorial map for heavy fog, but it should be lower on the chain because it's not a level 29 type map. It should probably be between the 10-15th spot on the chain. The territories need to be more defined with the bonus structure you've went with, it's hard to see the lines for the territories. Maybe it's because I use purple for my armies, but definitely was hard to make out the territories for me.
