Not bad, but not perfect either. There are a few improvements that could be made.
1. Connection between Graham and Kodiak. As it is now, SE Alaska is cornered off and, once you obtain it, it's easy to steamroll over the rest of the map. Adding a connection between these two islands would lessen the isolation of the SE Alaska bonus and make it all around more fair.
2. Imbalance. Bonuses like EtFarNorth (weird name by the way, might want to fix that) are only worth 1 APT for 3 territories, whereas other bonuses are 4 APT for 6 territories. This creates an imbalance and makes some bonuses worth much more than others. They need to all consistently have the same APT/territory ratio, otherwise it'll be way too imbalanced.
3. Blue background would be nice.
4. Coherent names. For the most part you're fine, but there are a few bonus/territory names that are lazy and/or don't make sense.
4 stars. Fix all of the above and I'll rate it 5.

I liked this map. It was pretty challenging against the AI. I think there's a bit too much difference between the value of bonuses though.

A small but very challenging map. Had a fun time going back and forth with the AI for a bit.

Agree with Mr. Eastwood.
The Map itself is well done, but has some issues on the balance side.
the classical view is to get a linear income based on territories -x (2 territories make a 1 bonus, 3 for 2, 4 for 3 and so on); having groups of territories sometimes 2, sometimes 3 that give 1 income and 4 to get 2 income may be balanced. But when in the same Map you find a 6 territories for a bonus of 4 and a 7 for 5, here comes a problem.
On top of that there is a 4 bonus that is cornered and has an only way in.
These issues make the Map totally unbalanced and need to be fixed. For example 6 and 7 territories should give only 3 income to be balanced with the others; and my suggestion would be to split the SEAlaska bonus in two 3 territories bonuses, both worth 1 (I believe this way should be easier to implement than to add connections, but I clould be wrong).
Solvig these issues would make the Map be a 5 star little and quick to play one.

A bit on the simple side but still fun to play.

Good, but as others already said, connection between SE Alaska and Kodiak will make more ballanced.
