I see: those are the territories in the south-eastern corner of the Slovenske Gorice. I'll repair them, so that the connection is in the next public version. Thanks for reporting the connection.
Update: version 1.1, in which the connection is repaired, is now public.

Some might take issue with the large bonuses, but I think it works well on this map - especially on your invaders scenario. Nicely made!

I like the map, but the big bonuses are to overpowered (but that can be changed) and there are some oddly shaped territories that are split in half or have weird borders. Zreče and Zagorje ob Savi are examples of this
