Could be a really good map -- lots of fun to play. Even better if you correct misspelled locations and maybe put a line from O'Hare to Midway to let players know they're connected.

Some weirdness with the Central bonus.
I like the map overall but the bonus structure is odd.
Also, maybe consider making a map of Chicago like this with a Dresden files theme?
