Missing connection: Trescore Cremasco to Crema
Territories that connect but should not: Sesto ed Uniti to Crotta d'Adda

Biggest problem (IMO) is that the bonuses are terribly imbalanced and are too few for this many territories. Map could have good potential if this were addressed.
