When you look in the dictionary what "jaw-dropping" means, you'd probably find this map as the primary example. All the meanings of it: the sheer scale of detail, planning, architecture, it's something I personally strive to reach and miserably fail when I build my maps. This man succeeded! At the same time, it is so overwhelming, complex, visually stunning with its horror vacui that it makes any player fear for their sanity in facing a game on it. But, what can I say? As Young Frankestein cries out when the unthinkable is made reality: it could work! I won't ever be afraid of the scale of my maps ever again...

There are city/inset maps, expanded sea tile world maps, air connection maps, and "world nations 2012" style bonus maps, but this is the first map to bring it all together. You literally tried to do everything with this map, well done.

There's big but this is waaaay to big. hard to actually play because of how big it is.

True, especially when you include the cities. I'm already envisioning a better compatibility of inset-only gameplay and initial distribution mode.
