Best map of Australia. Seems to have a pretty even distribution the Northern Territory though seems to be a bit disadvantaged accordingly as there is no overarching bonus, but for the number of territories an overarching bonus is not particularly possible and adding it to another area would just feel wrong from a political assessment.
