It isn't intended for normal gameplay. Anyway, there are bonuses, and though they are set to 0 by default, anyone can alter them.

Decent map, but it is deceptive, if you think the game will be quick, with single attacks it will be long on any hex map, one other point it would be helpful to have "paired up bonuses so it would be easier to set from the defaults across the board.

I appreciate you putting in bonuses so that those who want them can use them. As for me, I found this a great board to use when giving extra armies per number of territories controlled.
