The map is badly balanced. Whoever gets the center wins in the next turn or two. And there's no use going for any other territory, since you would have to get 3 territories in a row to get just a 5 point bonus.

A map in which only the creator can win. It may look fun to play, but in the map there will be 1 person who will receive 50 armies per turn, whereas the others only receive 5. Basically a cheating map for sore loosers.
