Description
Portugal divided by Freguesias. Many of them are merged because of small size.
Bonus Formula is (here, x = number of territories in the bonus):
Small Bonuses (Concelhos) - 1 if it have 1 territory, x-1 if it have 1-4 territories, x-2 if it have 5-10 territories, and x-3 if it have 11 territories or more.
Extra Bonuses (Distritos) - (3√x + 68) * x/100 - sum of all smaller bonus army numbers.
Example: The Bonus Cascais have 3 territories, so it gives 2 armies. Its extra bonus, Lisboa, have 56 territories, and using that bonus formula will result 50.651968... (rounded to 51) and sum of all its smaller bonuses is 41, so the value of extra bonus Lisboa is 51 - 41 = 10.
