Description

Pennsylvania split up into public school districts (some school districts have been split up into multiple parts). Bonuses are earned by conquering PIAA regions.

Interesting gameplay.
Only problem -in my view-, the east got much more bonus than the west, which make it hardly possible to win if you start in the west.

Looking at it now, I do see where you're coming from with that. Perhaps breaking down District 7 more would help?
