The year is 2035. After beating the coalition, France is no longer a threat. There is no single country that can defeat the new German Empire. However, if a new coalition forms, it could be a serious threat. If Italy is in this coalition, we could be stuck fighting a two-front war against a large power. We must attack Italy before they attack us! Immediately after declaring war, a group of a few thousand rebels rose up in Hamburg.
